Bikram Yoga Las Vegas opens its modern, high-tech, spa-like facility February 6, and offers unlimited free yoga classes until February 14. Bikram yoga, a series of 26 beginning hatha yoga postures, has become one of the most popular forms of yoga in the world and assists in achieving physical and mental balance.
Brandy Lyn Burkman, the 2009 Nevada Yoga Regional Champion and the 2010 International Yoga Asana Champion will be a regular visiting teacher and will conduct posture clinics every five to six weeks for those interested in taking their yoga practice to the next level.
