Bikram Yoga Las Vegas opens its modern, high-tech, spa-like facility February 6, and offers unlimited free yoga classes until February 14. Bikram yoga, a series of 26 beginning hatha yoga postures, has become one of the most popular forms of yoga in the world and assists in achieving physical and mental balance.

Brandy Lyn Burkman, the 2009 Nevada Yoga Regional Champion and the 2010 International Yoga Asana Champion will be a regular visiting teacher and will conduct posture clinics every five to six weeks for those interested in taking their yoga practice to the next level. Also teaching regularly is Kristine Gatdula, the current 2011 Nevada Yoga Regional Champion.

Located in southwest Las Vegas, the new 4,500-square-foot studio has incorporated advanced technology and environmentally friendly materials in all construction phases to provide a clean, fresh and allergen-free atmosphere where students can breathe the difference. Amenities include Flotex eco-carpet, nontoxic insulation, electronic HVAC filtration, whole studio water purification, tankless water heaters, a computerized steam humidifier and 100 percent recyclable Italian glass lockers, with electronic locks.

“Yoga is for everybody,” explains studio owner Oleg Vydra. “Regardless of shape or size, the human body is the same. You just need to come and give your best effort each class to receive the many benefits Bikram yoga has to offer.”

Location: 5031 Wagon Trail Ave, Ste. 109, Las Vegas. For class schedule and pre-grand-opening specials call 702-547-9642 or visit BikramLasVegas.com.
